Instructions for viewing or downloading PDF files

A PDF file is a product of Adobe Systems Inc.  To view PDF files you will need Adobe’s Acrobat Reader installed on your workstation.  Click the button below to download your personal copy of Acrobat Reader. Once Acrobat Reader is installed, you have two options to view PDF files from this site:

Option 1 - Download the PDF to your workstation (PC) for viewing or printing, now or at later date. 

Option 2 - Click on the link to open the file in your web browser for viewing or printing. 

Option 1 - Saving PDF files to your local workstation:

Netscape:  right mouse click and select "Save Link As."  Follow prompts to save the file to your location, taking care to recognize where you saved the PDF file.  You may then open it within Acrobat Reader.

Internet Explorer:  right mouse click and select "Save Target As."  Follow prompts to save the file to your location, taking care to recognize where you saved the PDF file.  You may then open it within Acrobat Reader.

Option 2 - Opening PDF files in your web browser:

Netscape of Internet Explorer:  Once you have Acrobat Reader installed, you may simply click on the link for the PDF file and the file should open within your browser.  Caution!  some PDF files within this web site are very large. Attempting to open the PDF within your browser may result in complications.  Revert back to Option 1 should you encounter problems.

Download times will vary, depending on your Internet connection and other personal hardware issues.
