Legal Authority: Water Resources Development Act of 2000, Public Law 106-540.

Principal Purposes and Probable Routine Uses: Contact information is collected in order to provide interested parties information on the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan (CERP) and/or individual components thereof. This contact information will be used to provide the requestor information on subjects related to their request. Information collected will not be shared with any other state or federal agency without your advance written consent.

Whether Disclosure is Mandatory or Voluntary: Disclosure is voluntary. Requester may choose to be added to a database for future notifications related to their request, or choose not to be added to any database for future notification. Failure to provide contact information will make it impossible for us to provide future notification to the requestor.
