Project Implementation Report (PIR)
Final - March 2004
This report addresses the requirements of Section 601 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 and addresses Headquarters, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers policy compliance review comments on the Final Feasibility Report that was completed in August 2002. This final report replaces the Final Feasibility Report from August 2002.
This revision/supplement includes revised Sections and Appendices of the Final Feasibility Report and an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) as well as new Appendices. This report replaces the Final Integrated Feasibility Report and Supplemental FEIS.
The public/agency comment period on the Final PIR has closed as of June 7, 2004.
