Evaluation Team
The Evaluation Team is composed of a large standing team, five regional sub-teams, and several standing sub-teams. The regional sub-teams develop performance measures for each physiographic region of south Florida to be used in forecasting the performance of project alternatives and the overall CERP.
The Evaluation Team is primarily responsible for forcasting the performance of plans and the design relative to desired objectives by using predictive modeling and other tools.
Adhoc Sub-teams—are formed when necessary and their members come from the standing sub-teams. Other adhoc sub-teams are formed as necessary.
ET-AT Working Groups—formed from members of the Evaluation Team and Assessment Module Teams to work on the integration and merging of system-wide performance measures and help in the development of empirical models.
ET-PT Working Groups—formed from members of the Evaluation Team and Planning Team to finalize programmatic Evaluation Reports (CERP Updates, Master Implementation Sequencing Plan). |
