The QAOT is responsible for providing guidance and oversight on quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) issues for CERP-Projects and CERP-Programs (REstoration COordination and VERification). The purpose of the QAOT Program Management Plan is to provide a guide for QA/QC efforts that support the implementation of the CERP. This PMP reflects the USACE and SFWMD strategy for providing support for implementation of the CERP Monitoring Program QA/QC.
