The Quality Assurance Oversight Team (QAOT) is governed by CERP Guidance Memorandum 41.01 which was adopted by the Design Coordination Team on September 17, 2010. The QAOT is responsible for providing guidance and oversight on quality assurance and quality control issues for CERP projects and programs (including RECOVER). Organizationally the QAOT reports to the DCT. In order for CERP projects and programs to provide quality and defensible environmental data, the Quality Assurance Systems Requirements (QASR) manual was created to give guidance regarding quality assurance and control procedures for typical environmental sampling procedures and methods.
The QAOT is a multi-agency team comprised of four to six standing members. The lead agencies are the Army Corps of Engineers and the South Florida Water Management District. Representatives from the following agencies are serving as standing members:

- South Florida Water Management District
- Environmental Protection Agency
- Florida Department of Environmental Protection
- U.S. Geological Survey
- U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service

Winter 2010 - Environment Canada Performance Evaluation
This is the Environment Canada Performance Evaluation (PE) Winter Report for PE samples that were sent to the laboratories that are under contract to perform analysis for the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan. The laboratories chose which analytes to analyze and not necessarily the ones that they have analyzed for the project.
