Tamiami Trail Public Meeting

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, and the South Florida Water Management District have scheduled a workshop on the Tamiami Trail feature of the Modified Water Deliveries to Everglades National Park project, an Everglades restoration project.

The purpose of the workshop is to review the draft Revised General Reevaluation Report (RGRR) and Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) for the Tamiami Trail feature of the Modified Water Deliveries to Everglades National Park project , and to take public comment on the report. The comment period for the draft RGRR/SEIS ends on Oct. 11, 2005.
