- Biennial Report on CERP Progress - National Academies of Science Review
Biennial reports to Congress, which include
assessments of ecological indicators and other measures of progress in
restoration of the Everglades are available.
- CERP Change Control Request Form
Change Management is the process by which changes in a project are both agreed upon and documented. Approved changes become the basis for adjusting baseline performance measures, and thus impact the performance metrics and quality objectives established for project success.

- CERP Guidance Memoranda
A wide array of decisions has been made that directly effect the implementation of CERP. These decisions have been translated into guidance memoranda.
- CERP Vision Statement
The goals and purposes of the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan (CERP) are based on a “vision” for the future. The vision statement describes what CERP will do, and will provide a framework for how CERP will accomplish its goals..
- Design Agreements
The Water Resources Development Act of 2000 and the CERP Programmatic Regulations call for the development of periodic reports to Congress.

- Dispute Resolution Agreement
With any large program, there will be challenges to overcome. A mechanism has been put in place under the Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) to offer a resolution for disputes that may arise.
- Master Agreement for CERP
The Master Agreement describes
how the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the South Florida Water Management District
(SFWMD) will share in the costs of constructing and operating the 68 CERP projects.
- Master Implementation Sequencing Plan (MISP)
The MISP defines the order in which projects within the CERP program will be planned, designed, and constructed.
- Program Management Plans
Program Management Plans review the strategies which describe the scope, budget and plan for each CERP program-level activity, including details on how each project will be organized and coordinated among agencies.
- Project Management Plans (PMP)
Project Management Plans examine the plans which establish the project scope, schedule, costs, funding and technical performance requirements for each CERP project.
- Project Partnership Agreements (PPA)
Project Partnership
Agreements are required to construct the 68 individual CERP
projects. Each CERP project with the
SFWMD requires a Project Partnership Agreement for the federal government to
start construction. The agreement spells out the terms, conditions and responsibilities
specific to that restoration project.
- South Florida Environmental Report (SFER) - Annual
The latest South Florida Environmental Report as well as archived copies of previous reports are available for download on the SFWMD website.
