State and federal partners must be in agreement with all activities directly related to the planning, engineering, and design of the CERP Program. Below is a list of design agreements.

SFWMD / US Army Corps of Engineers Design Agreement
Design Agreement between the Department of the Army and the South Florida Water Management District for the design of elements of the Comprehensive Plan for the Everglades and South Florida Ecosystem Restoration Project. This agreement was entered into on 12 May 2000. The agreement was amended in 2004 and 13 Aug 2009.

Palm Beach County / US Army Corps of Engineers Design Agreement
The U.S. ArmyCorps of Engineers and Palm Beach County executed a Design Agreement covering all aspects of engineering and design for Winsberg Farm Wetlands Restoration Project on January 3, 2002.

Lee County / US Army Corps of Engineers Design Agreement
The U.S. ArmyCorps of Engineers and Lee County executed a Design Agreement covering all aspects of engineering and design for the Lakes Park Restoration Project on January 17, 2003.
