Department of the Army, State of Florida and the SFWMD
In compliance with WRDA 2000, an agreement was entered into 9 Sep 2002 between the Department of the Army, State of Florida and the South Florida Water Management District for resolving disputes under the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan.
