CERP 2005 Report to Congress

The Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan 2005 Report to Congress is the first in a series of periodic reports fulfilling requirements of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 (WRDA 2000). This Report provides members of Congress and other interested parties with an update on the progress of the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan (CERP) over the first five-year period of its implementation.
The Report summarizes the progress made within the first five years and the accomplishments expected over the next five years. Expenditures for the first five years are included, along with forecasts for funding requirements for the next five years.
Status:
The CERP 2005 Report to Congress was transmitted to Congress in September 2006.
