 CERP Annual Report, prepared by the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), dated January 2004 for the period of October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003.
This report was submitted to the Governor, the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, of Florida, as required by Section 373.470(7), Florida Statutes.
The report identifies the funding sources and amounts, itemizes the Fiscal Year 2003 expenditures and fund balances, and provides a schedule of anticipated expenditures for Fiscal Year 2004. It provides a detailed report on all funds appropriated and expended by the state of Florida on current land acquisition projects related to the CERP. This document also provides a report on progress made in the implementation of the CERP.
