The Programmatic Regulations Interim Goals and Interim Targets Agreements are available for review. Interim goals are a means by which restoration success of the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan may be evaluated at specific points by agency managers, the State of Florida, and Congress throughout the overall planning and implementation process. The purpose of the interim targets is to evaluate progress towards other water related needs of the region provided for in the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan throughout the implementation process.
