Program Management Plan (PrMP)

The purpose of CERP Data Management is to manage and integrate all CERP information according to the program-level strategy called for in the CERP Master Program Management Plan (MPMP). Standardization and management of Restoration Program information will allow data collected by component projects to be integrated into regional evaluations and assessments of the overall restoration plan. This will result in substantial savings of cost and time over the course of the program.

Program Management Plan
The Project Management Plan for CERP’s Information & Data Management Program has been updated to reflect the current mission as envisioned from 2006 through 2010.
It now incorporates by reference the Management Plan for CERP Monitoring Programs Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
