Project Management Plans examine the plans which establish the project scope, schedule, costs, funding and technical performance requirements for each CERP project. Project Management Plans act as a general guide and may be updated as necessary, by the USACE in collaboration with the non-federal sponsor, South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), utilizing a federal, state, and tribal inter-agency team.

This is the final draft of the Lake Okeechobee ASR Project Management Plan which is approved, subject to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Project Review Board (PRB) comments, dated March 2001 below.
