The purpose of this Project Management Plan is to establish the scope, define a schedule, and determine the costs associated with conducting the Golden Gate Estates Project Implementation Report.
The Project Management Plan acts as a general guide during the feasibility study process. This draft plan was developed in collaboration with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the non-Federal sponsor, the South Florida Water Management District.
