The purpose of this Project Management Plan (PMP) is to establish the scope, define a schedule, and determine the costs associated with the Everglades Agricultural Area Storage Reservoirs, Phase 1, Project Implementation Report.
The PMP acts as a general guide and will be updated as necessary, by the USACE in collaboration with the non-federal sponsor, South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), utilizing a federal, state, and tribal inter-agency Project Delivery Team (PDT).
