Community Outreach in Action (COIA) Newsletters
The Army Corps of Engineers and the South Florida Water Management District are committed to developing exciting initiatives and innovative projects and programs to reach out to the south Florida’s minority communities.
Community Outreach in Action (COIA) brings information about the Everglades and news about its restoration to the minority audiences of south Florida. The newsletter highlights outreach events and business opportunities to the minority community, as well as other information pertaining to the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan (CERP).
